PATSY PALMER (Morag) was born in London in 1961 and educated at Frank Barnes School and the Sir Winston Churchill School in Woodford. She is a member of the London Deaf Drama Group and for several years directed the Christmas show at Frank Barnes School, where she worked as a teaching assistant.
Patsy made her television acting debut in William Mager's The Morning After (BBC), and was also seen - along with Hal Draper and Gerry Hanifin - in a series of comedy sketches on the BBC's See Hear. Patsy joined the cast of Switch from series 3 and was nominated as 'best actress' for her performance as Eileen at the 2005 Remark! Film & Television Awards.
'I still get stopped in the street', says Patsy, 'by people who want to ask about Switch - especially the fight scene I had with Caroline Parker. I had such a great time working on that series and so I was delighted to have the opportunity to work with Louis and David again on Departure Lounge. Plus, working with Hal is always fantastic. I've played his wife so many times - people will begin to think we really are married!'
