This week, the Wicked runners are Justine Durno and Bea Webster from the Loch Lomond area.

Thanks for your hard work guys!

What did you learn from the day? That, unless you're very experienced, presenting is hard work! One little mistake would mean having to repeat your line all over again, and I'm sure I saw each line signed on average 10 times over! I also learnt of the dedication the Wicked film crew have - they got into wetsuits to film on jetskis, they filmed in pouring rain and stayed outside all day for 2 days and I did not hear one complaint!

Did you enjoy working with the deaf crew? I think the fact the crew was deaf made my job so much more enjoyable.

Communication was easy and I was able to understand what was going on around me so I felt part of the filming process, and able to help it go smoothly. I also appreciated the great sense of humour everyone had and felt on their wavelength :-)

What was the funniest thing that happened while filming? I think the whole two days was filled with laughter because the crew is filled with so many awesome personalities. However, a few moments spring to mind such as when Lilli held up a cute little baby and she threw up all over Lilli's scarf. I think her panicked and grossed-out reaction made the situation even funnier, and when she reluctantly wore the scarf, to carry on presenting, with the whiff of baby puke still coming off it!

What did you learn from the day? That filming can be quite stressful and not as glamourous as portrayed on the television! Also on how to create light sources i.e. from the reflector (which I managed to fold by the end of the day!) and many little filming things. I now realised I like coffee with lots and lots of milk! It is definitely hard work for all of us but really worthwhile.

What was it like to see the final show and compare it to the filming? I was watching it with my friend and I knew what was going to happen and all the answers to the questions!

The biggest difference is the timing - all the scenes in the film is now in the correct order as opposed to the filming, and also different angles too.

How did you feel when filming had ended? Tired, elated? Really exhausted and worn out, but I felt good helping the Wicked crew (who were really lovely) out and I had fun despite being a runner!
