The British Sign Language Broadcasting Trust aims to create opportunities for up and coming Deaf filmmaking talent. Administered and supported by Neath Films, Zoom is an intensive short film scheme to support the production of 6 short films, shot digitally, by British Deaf filmmaking talented individuals.
